At Trailhead Training, we help people achieve their outdoor fitness goals through personalized training and nutrition coaching. Our approach combines resistance training and cardio, while prioritizing eating whole natural foods to create sustainable results, not quick fixes.
We believe that lasting change comes from small, consistent actions. Our goal is to guide you toward a lifestyle that builds strength, confidence, and the freedom to fully enjoy the great outdoors.
No cookie cutter plans here. Your training program is designed specifically for you, based on your goals, experience level, and available equipment. You’ll access your workouts through a user-friendly app that makes it easy to log sessions, track progress and stay accountable whether you’re at home in the gym or out in nature.
Nutrition shouldn’t be a source of stress. It should support your life not control it. Our approach is rooted in grace based coaching where we meet you where you are and work together to find what truly works for you. While tracking your food intake is encouraged (and made easy through the same app as your training), it’s never required. You’ll receive personalized guidance to help you fuel your training, boost your energy and feel great without shame, extremes, or rigid rules.
Your journey deserves more than a program, it deserves support. Each week we’ll connect for a video call to check in on your progress, celebrate wins, troubleshoot obstacles, and make sure we’re on the right path. This is about consistent growth, not perfection.
We don’t believe in “because I said so” coaching. You’ll learn the why behind everything we do from your workouts to your nutrition strategy, so you can carry this knowledge with you for a lifetime. Our goal isn’t to help you succeed today, but to give you the tools and confidence to stay healthy and strong for years to come.

You'll receive a customized workout and nutrition plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and available equipment. We check in regularly through an app, email, and/or video calls to track progress, make adjustments, and keep you accountable.
The time it takes to see noticeable results can vary from person to person, as it depends on several factors, including your starting point, goals, and dedication. Our program is designed for sustainable, long-term results. We are looking for progress, not perfection.
